Why do some people not gain weight no matter what they eat? Reminder: Some of these reasons behind are not good things

When you say you want to lose weight, someone will always jump up and say: Oh, I don't want to lose weight! I don't get fat no matter what I eat, I'm so worried!

In life, there are always such extreme people:

One is a thin man who doesn't get fat no matter how much he eats, and the other is a fat man who gets fat even after drinking water!

Are you very envious of the former?

Don't worry, it seems to be just a physical problem, but there may be a health crisis hidden behind it! The so-called eating without getting fat or losing weight is just an external manifestation.

Especially after the occurrence of certain diseases, both of these symptoms may appear. If similar symptoms appear suddenly recently, it is a signal of disease reporting.

How can I eat without gaining weight? You may be sick!

Some of my friends have had good weight control since they were young, and there is no sign of gaining weight after eating a normal diet and eating more. This has something to do with genetic factors. In order to maintain a perfect image, many people will deliberately control their diet, or they exercise a lot, which will give people the illusion that they will not gain weight no matter how much they eat.

And if you suddenly lose weight in the near future, and you don’t get fat no matter how much you eat, it may be a signal of the arrival of the disease!

First, diabetes

Diabetes will not only find people with a large base weight, but normal weight may also be affected. Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease related to pancreatic islet dysfunction, insulin resistance and other factors.

After diabetes occurs, the glucose ingested in the body cannot be consumed in time, and the human body can only mobilize the originally stored fat and glycogen to maintain operation.

No matter how you eat, you may experience weight loss in the early stage, accompanied by symptoms such as hunger, thirst, and excessive urination.

Second, hyperthyroidism

In addition, hyperthyroidism can also cause symptoms of weight loss. Under normal circumstances, thyroid hormone itself is a hormone that maintains the body's metabolism and promotes body development.

After the occurrence of hyperthyroidism, thyroid hormones will be secreted in large quantities, resulting in faster metabolism and increased energy consumption, so patients are also prone to symptoms of weight loss.

Third, cancer

In addition to metabolic diseases, cancer is also likely to cause short-term weight loss in patients. For example, cancer in the stomach and pancreas will first destroy the patient's digestive function.

At the same time, the development of cancer tumors also requires nutritional support, and the patient's weight will drop rapidly. The more advanced the disease, the more obvious the symptoms.

Fat without eating may also be related to disease!

Under normal circumstances, when the food intake is reduced, the weight will be naturally reduced, so weight loss is all about: keep your mouth shut and open your legs!

But if the diet has been adjusted all the time, not only does the weight not lose at all, but it becomes more and more "fat", this may be a signal of the development of the disease.

First, hypothyroidism

As mentioned above, hyperthyroidism will make people lose weight, while hypothyroidism will make people fatter and fatter.

Hypothyroidism is also called hypothyroidism clinically. Its main manifestation is that the secretion of thyroid hormone is too low, which leads to the slowing down of the body's metabolism and weakens the body's digestion and decomposition of fat and sugar. As the disease continues to develop, patients will also have symptoms such as fatigue and slow movement, which will lead to the emergence of obesity.

Second, ascites

In addition, one needs to be alert to a kind of false "obesity", that is to say, it seems to be fat, but in fact it is caused by edema and ascites.

Many diseases can cause edema symptoms, including kidney disease, heart disease, liver disease, etc. Some cancers that have developed to the middle and late stage will also have typical edema and ascites!

Any recent sudden weight gain or loss may be a sign of a disease.

However, if you have a body that is prone to obesity and thinness since childhood, you don't need to be overly nervous. You should actively adjust your life, exercise and diet. As long as your body is maintained at a healthy level, it will not have too much impact.

So don't attribute the meat on your belly to your physique. Doesn't the fried chicken in your hand taste delicious?
