Of course, after a morning of labor (mental + physical), training at noon is more likely to cause physical damage, so it is recommended that you do not train at noon.

During the period from 2 pm to 4 pm, our muscle strength, muscle endurance, speed endurance, etc. are gradually improving. If high-intensity strength training is carried out during this period, the effect will be very good. Of course, some people think that when the physical fitness is at its peak, that is, between 4 pm and 6 pm, the effect of fitness exercises is the best, and it is most suitable for muscle stimulation and synthesis.

Although the fitness effects of these two time periods in the afternoon are quite good, they also vary from person to person, just choose the time period that suits you.

During the period from 8:00 to 9:00 in the evening, the human body is most likely to feel fatigued and sleepy. If you exercise during this time period, even if you increase your concentration, it will be difficult to ensure efficient exercise, because the body will become dull Get up, affect the fitness effect. Therefore, it is recommended that you stop exercising after 9 pm.
