Of course, the morning is not suitable for strenuous exercise, you can do jogging, brisk walking, aerobics, yoga and other sports. Of course, that's not to say you can't do strength training, just in moderation. When I started exercising, I kept exercising every morning. The fitness effect of aerobic + anaerobic combination is also very good.

I recommend not training during this time. Because the body will feel very hungry at this time, training is likely to cause low blood sugar, causing dizziness. If you have to train, it is recommended that you add some carbohydrates before exercising to prevent hypoglycemia. Of course, after a morning's work (brain power + physical strength), training at noon is more likely to cause physical damage, so it is recommended that you do not train at noon.

During the period from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, our muscle strength, muscle endurance, speed endurance, etc. are gradually improving. If high-intensity strength training is carried out during this time, the effect is very good. Of course, some people think that when the physical quality is at its peak, that is, from 4:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon, the effect of fitness exercise is the best, and it is most suitable for muscle stimulation and synthesis.

Although the fitness effect of these two time periods in the afternoon is good, it also varies from person to person, so it is good to choose the time period that suits you.

During the period from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the human body is most likely to feel tired and sleepy. If you exercise during this time period, even if you increase your concentration, it will be difficult to ensure efficient fitness, because the body will become sluggish. Get up, affect the fitness effect. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not exercise after 9 pm.

How to reduce the number of 9-to-6 office workers? Perfectly miss the best fitness time period, then we have to consider this time in the morning and evening after get off work.

If you can get up in the morning, then it is the best fitness time for office workers. We can use a combination of strength and aerobic exercise for fitness. Of course, although the effect of muscle building is general, it does not mean that there is no effect.

Just grab a bite to eat after get off work in the evening and start exercising. It is worth noting that you cannot exercise immediately after eating. You should warm up more, such as simply riding a spinning bike or jogging, so that your body is fully warmed up before training. Our training time can be relatively improved and controlled within 60-90 minutes.
