A 32-year-old female patient encountered one of the kindest cancer cells, and the lung metastasis can be cured

Today, I will share with you 3 cancer cases, and see the different outcomes after suffering from cancer. There is one that is the luckiest. Even if the cancer cells are metastasized, they can be cured, because this cancer cell has a special drug that can kill them all!

A 32-year-old young woman had frequent coughing after a miscarriage. The doctor advised her to do a CT scan of her lungs and found two small nodules:

Both nodules were located subpleurally at the lung margins, were smooth, 6 mm in diameter, and looked more like benign pulmonary nodules.

The doctor who received the consultation was very experienced, and recommended her to do a β-HCG (human choriocarcinoma gonadotropin, normal value less than 5) test. The result was > 600mIU/ml, suggesting that she was likely to have choriocarcinoma and developed a choriocarcinoma. Lung metastases.

Later do gynecological color Doppler ultrasound and curettage biopsy confirmed the diagnosis: gestational choriocarcinoma. This cancer originates from germ cells and is divided into gestational choriocarcinoma and non-gestational choriocarcinoma. The former is related to pregnancy and is mostly secondary to hydatidiform mole, spontaneous abortion or childbirth. Choriocarcinoma is prone to early hematogenous metastases, more than 80% of which are pulmonary metastases. Patients often experience cough and hemoptysis (this is a metastatic tumor with rich blood supply, which is prone to pulmonary hemorrhage), chest pain, and dyspnea.

But don't be nervous, there is a cure for this cancer! It can be cured with regular chemotherapy alone! This chemotherapy regimen is different from commonly used cancer chemotherapy. Some scholars believe that the cure rate of gestational choriocarcinoma in stages I and II is more than 95%.

The above picture is the lung CT of the lady who received standard treatment on the 40th day. The nodules were significantly reduced, indicating that the treatment was effective!

After that, she followed up regularly. It has been 3 and a half years and there has been no recurrence. The following picture is the latest re-examination, and the lesions are completely invisible:

If only all cancers were like gestational choriocarcinoma, there would be a cure! Perhaps many researchers are working towards this goal.

This is another male patient from today. He was only in his 50s. He was hit in the stomach by a bicycle handle, and then continued to have upper abdominal pain. It happened that he didn't like to eat for more than a month, so he wanted to come and check it. The result is very regretful:

He has advanced pancreatic cancer, has multiple liver metastases, and has nearly 100 metastatic tumors on the liver, and there is no chance for surgery...

There are actually a lot of cancers detected accidentally because of trauma. Many of them are in the early stage and can be cured by surgery; but some have already metastasized, and there is not much time left...

If it is found that it is already in the late stage, don’t give up in a hurry. You may wish to consult an oncologist to see if there is a better method worth trying. After all, cancer treatment technology has been improving! Of course, the premise is to do what you can, and don't take a gamble at all costs. Once the bet is lost, no one wants to see a situation where people and money are empty.

Case 3, young gastric cancer, after several setbacks, successful operation

This can be considered a lucky patient, female, 43 years old, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, weight loss, advanced gastric cancer, multiple lymph node metastasis, local doctors think it is difficult to operate.

Her family's condition was alright. She went to a cancer hospital affiliated to a university in Shanghai to try her luck. She underwent chemotherapy first, which showed that the tumor had shrunk. After that, she underwent a total gastrectomy and sutured the esophagus and the lower bowel together:

It's been 4 months now, and the review is very good! I hope she can make it through this!

In the treatment of advanced cancer, we still have a long way to go, and there are still too many difficulties to overcome!

I am Dr. Imaging Kehao, sharing small cases and delivering positive energy, welcome to pay attention!
