The posture should be stable, the body should be loose, the brain should be quiet, and the breathing should be soft!

People's hair and skin, received by their parents. When your mother gave birth to you, you were healthy. This means that God has given you a healthy body. Later, when you get sick, it has nothing to do with your parents, and it has nothing to do with God. It is the way you use your body that makes your body sick. When the body is used correctly, it will naturally not get sick.

When your parents gave birth to you, God sent you into this world without giving you a manual for your body. You don't know how to use your body, you can only figure it out on your own while learning from your parents and those around you. It's hard to know whether the experience you've groped for yourself or the experience you've learned from others is right or wrong. At least at the time, you couldn't tell the difference between right and wrong.

Slowly, you will gradually develop some specific habits of using your body. Including living habits in the light, and psychological habits in the dark. It is these habits that determine how and to what extent your body is used. Over time, the effects of these habits on your body become more and more apparent. Good habits keep you healthy, bad habits keep you healthy.

Shallow, it should be, only the simple can be easy to understand and operate. But this is shallow in form, the connotation must not be shallow, and the understanding must be deep enough, to the essential level. To explain in simple terms, first go deep into the essence and the key, and then explain it in simple terms to the practical operation level, so that you can persevere and do it so that you will not get sick, and you will be well when you are sick.

When I say they are shallow, I mean these books, not going deep into the essence. In fact, essence is not an independent concept, it exists relatively. Continue to go deeper and break through layer by layer, and you will see one thing after another, which can be called the essence. In my opinion, what can barely be called the essence is the Tao.

Tao produces one, one produces two, two produces three, and three produces all things. All things are products of Tao. What is Tao? Some scholars believe that in the field of science, Einstein's unified field theory is the concept closest to Tao. It is a pity that Einstein passed away without completing this theory. Until now, there is still no effective progress in the research of unified field.

Only when you go deep into the Tao can you truly go deep. Standing at the height of the Tao, and looking at life and health by reducing dimensions, is holographic full-dimensional. There is no difference between the macro and the micro, and there is no distinction between the physical and the psychological. Only at this level can one really know what is the correct way to use the body?

I am not advocating that everyone should go to Taoism and Zen, just for health and longevity, there is no need to do so. Throughout the ages, China's thousands of years of health preservation culture and countless practitioners of health preservation have already accumulated enough valuable experience for us. This is an important advantage of our Chinese civilization. You can only find it good when you are sick and have nowhere to ask for help.

Just like the night pearl, when the light is strong during the day, it is difficult for you to see the difference of this bead. You mistake it for an extremely ordinary bead, which is too normal. Only at night, when you can't see it, when the night pearl shines, do you know its preciousness. The jade of Jingshan and the pearl of the snake are not known to everyone.

The ancient monks and health practitioners had too much experience in using the body and mind. To sum up briefly, four sentences can be obtained: posture should be stable, body should be loose, brain should be quiet, and breathing should be soft! These four sentences are generally considered to be things that need to be done only in health-preserving practice, or in some specific states. In fact, why do you have to do this during practice? Every moment in your life, every use of your body, you should follow this standard.

When the posture is stable, the body is balanced. When the whole body is relaxed, Qi and blood can easily pass through. The brain is quiet, there are no distracting thoughts, and naturally I can't bear the emotions. Breathing, deep, long and soft, is naturally abdominal breathing. If you can't do it once or twice, practice it again and again. You don’t have to wait until you practice the exercises before you do it. When you do anything, keep this thought in your mind and follow this standard. If you don’t have a disease, you can prevent it, and if you have a disease, you can get rid of it.
