Before the onset of cerebral infarction, patients will have different degrees of aura, especially these manifestations cannot be ignored

There must be many people who have heard of the medical term "cerebral thrombosis". In fact, cerebral thrombosis is one of the "strokes" that everyone calls daily, and it is also called "ischemic stroke" clinically.

In the past, the disease was a problem that was easy to find among the middle-aged and elderly people, especially those who had long-term hypertension and high blood lipids, and the probability of cerebral thrombosis in the later stage was also higher. However, in recent years, with the improvement of the national diet, changes in work and rest and other factors, cerebral thrombosis is no longer the patent of the elderly, and it is also very common for young and middle-aged people to have sudden cerebral thrombosis in clinical practice!

The root cause of cerebral thrombosis is "cerebral arterial blockage", which is the result of long-term chronic development. At first, patients may only suffer from three-high disease. As the disease progresses, atherosclerosis and blood vessel wall damage gradually appear, and then platelets , lipids, etc. quickly begin to accumulate at the injury site, and eventually become plaques. When the blocked area exceeds 70%, it can cause cerebral infarction!

Although most of the cerebral infarctions are sudden diseases, before the onset of cerebral infarction, the patients also have aura of varying degrees, especially the following manifestations that cannot be ignored:

  1. Constant yawning: 80% of patients with cerebral infarction will yawn frequently before the onset of the disease, especially 5-10 days before the onset of the disease. This is mainly because the brain is extremely hypoxic, which stimulates the respiratory central system. The body wants to yawn to get more oxygen, but because the blood vessels have been blocked, yawning will also become particularly frequent.

  2. Vertigo: Vertigo is the most common type of cerebral infarction precursors, which may occur at any time period before the onset of cerebral infarction, but it is most common in the early morning. Especially for patients with three high diseases, if dizziness appears repeatedly every day in the past few days, they should be more vigilant about cerebral infarction.

  3. Headache: Headache is also the most common manifestation other than dizziness. Patients may suddenly have a severe headache, but the duration is relatively short, and the symptoms will disappear within a few minutes. This is the performance of cerebral ischemia and cerebral tissue spasm. . In addition, one needs to be alert for persistent severe headache, which may be a sign of a hemorrhagic stroke.

  4. Drooling: Before the onset of cerebral infarction, patients often have symptoms of drooling during sleep. Even if they adjust multiple positions, they will drool on one side, or even wake up suddenly by drooling in the middle of the night. This is the central nervous system. A harbinger of dysfunction, possibly cerebral blood vessels have been damaged;

  5. Abnormal walking: If you have a staggering walk recently, you obviously feel weakness on one side of your limbs when you walk, or even suddenly fall for no reason, this is also a manifestation of cerebral infarction. Due to the damage to the brain tissue, the central motor nerve is affected, resulting in ataxia and balance disorders, so the patient will have the above abnormal manifestations in life.

  6. Transient amaurosis: If the symptoms of black eyes suddenly appear in the near future and disappear within a few seconds or a minute or two, this may also be a signal of cerebral thrombosis. Because the lack of blood supply to the brain can affect the normal blood supply of the retinal arteries, causing the retina to be in a state of ischemia, causing the symptoms to appear.

The above six manifestations may be the signal before the onset of cerebral thrombosis. Especially after the sudden appearance of weakness on one side of the limb, abnormal drowsiness, and staggering walking, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible, observe the condition of cerebral blood vessels, and take active treatment. If you suddenly have symptoms such as mouth and eye deviation, hemiplegia, etc., after getting up in the morning, it means that a cerebral infarction has occurred, and you should seek medical treatment in time.
